Would it be really great to be able to plug a databrick notebook with octobot, so that we can do some machine learning stuff like create a model use this model in Octobot as a custom evaluator or strategy

OctoBot should work with python 3.9 OctoBot should implement python 3.9 changes OctoBot should offer python wheels for python 3.9.
